It was a busy January, and February isn't slowing down much.  But, no snow here, no blizzards.  I have a vacation rental that just came on the market for you freezing and sun-starved northerners.  It's a single family home close the beach.  Walking to the sugary white sands of Fort Myers Beach will take you a couple of minutes or so.  The house is simply  beautiful with tile flooring throughout and a high end kitchen, including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.   Great fenced back yard.  2 bedrooms.
